This adorable dress has cute pockets and waistband with or without optional piping accent, fitted bodice and tulip shaped skirt with a choice of an exposed or centered zipper in the back. Bodice is lined. Waistband is 1" to 2" above the natural waist. Instructions included for making piping. Perfect for toddler to pre-teen, fun and flattering. Matching doll dress is included.
